Trial And Paid Access
Awtter currently offers a 3-day free trial so you can explore the workspace before paying. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial, ongoing paid access is $7/month when you choose to continue with a subscription. The checkout flow should show the current price and billing cadence before payment.
Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewal. Canceling does not automatically remove your project data, exports, or downloaded files.
Before canceling, download any exports and backup bundles you want to keep outside the workspace.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were billed in error or need help with a recent charge, contact support@awtter.com with the account email, order or subscription reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Refund decisions may depend on billing timing, account activity, export usage, and applicable payment processor rules. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
Exports, Backups, And Account Data
Awtter exports and backup bundles can contain document content and project metadata. Keep your own copies of important work before changing subscription status.
If an account is closed or deleted, access to project storage, export history, and backups may be limited or removed.
